Achieve sales target on life insurance products.
Take active interest in self development needs and participate in technical product and skills training.
Owns the problem / process with the customer. Closes the circle does not go the buck. Ensures learnings go from it! .
Needs to act responsibility to proactively communicate resolve complaints and ensures that commitments are honoured.
Keep up-to-date with market developments. Company policies procedures sales process and legislation and disseminate to team.
Minimum 1 year of undergo in handle sales management for a sell financial services product (such as life insurance general insurance bankliabilities credit cards retail loans).
Life insurance sales experience not mandatory but preferred financial services undergo mandatory.
