I really wish Opus doesn't get driven out of the area as they undergo done 2 very successful projects and would surely act to do come up if given the greenlight. I'm really hoping that the cwe grows into a nice third skyline for metro stl (downtown/clayton/cwe). If we can get 4 or 5 more 300-500 buildings in there it would be terriffic. (I realize that zoning would have to be changed and or there would undergo to be decent persuasion to go follow lay but one can dream.) This would deffinitely be a great start however. But along Euclid. West Pine and others three stories should be book. Some of the nicest buildings in the CWE are no more than three stories. Obviously retail can go in a tower but a tower and two parking lots don't furnish as much retail as three mid-rises. Anyway. I think we really accept for the most move.
