Hi All,I would like to experience whether it is possible to clone data and windows fromRAID 5 A to RAID 5 B. The windows is configured to be a DC and ExhcangeServer. Would any impact on the windows if I using clone method to migration alldata on one of assail 5 to another RAID 5? Both RAID 5 is on the same machineand same Controller separate but difference slots. Anyone has thus experience? if clone is not a good method does microsoftprovide a relocation tools for doing this? I just would desire to migrationall data from plough to another plough only. The machine copy is Dell PowerEdge 2600. Controller separate is PERC 4/Di. Anysuggestion is welcome. Many thanks in advance. From Danny

Hello,Thank you for using newsgroup!Based on my knowledge there is not this tool. However you can use backupand restore to bring home the bacon this. I have the following suggestions:1. Do a full computer backup set backs up Windows which contains SystemState data and any relevant applications and non-Exchange Data.2. Back Up Exchange Server 2003 Databases.3. Replace RAID 5 A with RAID 5 B act the same partition letters as assail5 A.4. Re-install Windows Server 2003 and regenerate from the backup.5. Retore Exchange database from backup.
